Eldorado High School FCCLA and Mrs. Whittington will be hosting a EMS Mini Cooking Camp next week. Students will be able to work with our high school students and teacher to make Easter themed food and items. This mini camp is limited to only 16 students. Please sign up using this link.

We would like to invite all of our families out to our March family activity made possible through our 21st Century Learning Grant. We have teamed up with the U of I Extension Office, Ferrell Hospital, and Eldorado Health Department for nutrition month. Join us for a fun evening THIS Thursday from 4:00-6:00 in the high school cafeteria.
Teachers, parents, guardians, and 4th through 12th grade students across Illinois are encouraged to participate in the Illinois 5Essentials Survey to share their thoughts on the important elements of school effectiveness and help guide school improvement.

Starting TODAY Monday, March 10th, we will offer teen cooking classes after school at EHS. These classes will meet on Monday's after school till 5 pm.
This is open to all middle and high school students!
Each week is open to 20 students. First come, first serve.

This Tuesday evening at 6 pm we will have Chris Herren present "Prevention starts with all!" This presentation is for adults only and will take place in the Eldorado High School Cafeteria. This presentation is sponsored by the Regional Office of Education.
The Eldorado FFA Alumni Fish Fry is tomorrow Friday, March 7.
There us a lunch session for to-go meals in the High School Ag Shop from 11 am till 1 pm.
Dinner session will be from 4 pm till 7 pm in the high school cafeteria. Tickets for lunch or dinner are $15 and can be bought at the door.

EHS is hosting an ACT Boot Camp for 9th-11th grade students on Saturday March 1, 8, and 22 from 9 AM to Noon. Lunch & snacks provided! Attendance prizes available. Help prepare for the ACT in Math, Science, English, & Reading!

Elementary Pre-K pickups will start at 11:30 am
K-5 pickups will start at 11:45 am
Buses will run at noon today.
After school tutoring and play practice has been canceled for today.

Dental Safari is coming to Eldorado Middle School and High School!
6th and 9th grade students are REQUIRED to have a dental exam on file by the end of this school year.
Take advantage of this service to complete this requirement. This is open to all students, if you wish to have your student sign up for the Dental Safari for this year please complete the following form.

On Friday, February 14th, we are encouraging all students to wear red for Brayden Skaggs! Brayden, a senior at Carrier Mills High School, was recently involved in a serious accident and has undergone multiple surgeries, with more to come. Let's show our support as he begins his journey to recovery. We will collect donations to send to the family in the office tomorrow!
It's Cheer Clinic Night at the EHS Boys Basketball game!
Cheer clinic participants need to be at the gym by 6:40 pm and an announcement will be made for them to report to a designated section before taking the floor.
The performance will take place between the JV and Varsity games.
Freshman game starts at 5 pm with JV and Varsity to follow.
The EHS Foundation will also be setup with new shirts and items for sale tonight!
