Club Camp Wednesday is tomorrow at EHS!
Each Wednesday, we will have Club Camp Wednesday! This is an activity that is open for all students and their parents or guardians to attend. We will be providing different mini camps each week. Children and Adults get to eat free on Club Camp days thanks to our sponsors. Come out and enjoy some summer enrichment activities and a free lunch! Club Camp starts at 10:30 am each Wednesday and is geared for our elementary level students.
Tomorrow is the last day of school. There will be an early dismissal. Pickups start at 11:40 and buses will run at 11:45.
Awards Day will be in Duff-Kingston gym tomorrow morning. K-2 will start at 8:30 and 3-5 will start at 10:00.
Due to the overnight rain and continued chances all day today the track meet will be postponed until tomorrow.
The Eldorado High School Baccalaureate Service has been postponed to tomorrow, Thursday, May 9 at 5 pm. The service will take place at First Baptist Church in Eldorado.
Graduates that are participating in the service need to report at 4:30 pm tomorrow.
You are probably aware we have some potentially severe weather headed our way. Our staff is prepared for this, and our school buildings provide a solid structure should severe weather occur. We will continue to monitor the weather situation and may alter dismissal times if needed to ensure student safety.
High School and Middle School Spring Band Concert is tonight at Duff-Kingston Gym starting at 7 pm.
The Eldorado High School Spring Play Shrek The Musical JR is Friday and Saturday at SIC. The play starts at 7 pm and tickets can be purchased at the door.
There is early dismissal today. Pickups will start at 1:05. No Prek today or tomorrow.
Buses are loading. If your child is on a bus please be watching for them and let the driver know you are home. We will not leave students without seeing an adult.
Due to the water main issue the City of Eldorado must shutdown the water to the city to repair the line break. The city expects water loss to last a few hours.
Due to water loss ALL Eldorado schools will close at 1:30 pm today
Elementary pick ups will start at 1:05 pm
Buses will run at 1:30 pm

Eldorado CUSD 4 Solar Eclipse Schedule
All students and staff will be provided solar glasses for the Total Solar Eclipse tomorrow. The Total Eclipse starts at 2 pm!
Following the eclipse we will run the following dismissal schedule:
Elementary Pickups Start at 2:15 pm
Elementary Buses Start at 2:25 pm
EHS/EMS Dismiss at 2:30 pm
If you wish to keep your student at home to watch this historic eclipse your students’ attendance will be excused.

The Lady Eagle Basketball Team Chili Supper tomorrow before the Eagles Home Opener. The Chili Supper will be from 4:30-7 PM in the Eldorado High School Cafeteria. Tickets can be bought at the door.
Tomorrow is the last day to purchase Eldorado Holiday Tournament bleacher passes for students or adults. These are good for admission into all sessions of the EHT. Advanced sales end at noon tomorrow.

Bleacher Passes for the 2023 Eldorado Holiday Tournament are on sale NOW! This pass will get one person into all games for the entire tournament. These make great stocking stuffers also!
